I've made a start on an outline for voter guides. This is not intended to be prescriptive but is a rough outline. I believe if we collaborate and make an outline for these guides, it will be easier for editors to create them, and will give Campaigns Wikia a more consistent feel. Having an outline to refer to could be especially useful for editors who are not used to creating articles.
This is not an attempt to create a Manual of Style, its an outline that can be referred to and followed as closely as the editors of an article wish.
