Freedom is it the opportunity to exercise one's rights, powers, and desires, without undue restrictions or interference from any governing body.

Undue restrictions is not the same as no restrictions. One cannot have freedom without responsibility. Freedom to act results in the personal responsibility of dealing with the repercussions of those actions.

Just because one has the freedom of speech to say what they will does not remove the obligation of the speaker to repercussions of their speech. Nor does it allow the speaker to use this freedom to cause danger or harm to another, through action or inaction.
