Gary Dodds of Rye is a candidate for the New Hampshire 1st District Congressional seat.
His campaign has flagged since he mysteriously disappeared from the scene of a car crash for 26 hours in early April. His campaign manager, Sandown Selectman Corey Corbin, had left the campaign a few weeks before the accident to run for the State Senate.
