Joshua Smith (born September 18, 1979) is a Democratic challenger for U.S. Congress, Washington 7th Congressional District. Opponents in the Primary election include incumbent Jim McDermott and Donovan Rivers. Mr. Smith's campaign focuses on three things, to Empower the People, obey the U.S. Constitution, and restore civility and statesmanship to D.C.
