Kbal11 - Thanks for the constructive reply. As you suggested I re-posted my opener on a separate page(Why the Silence...), but I still am confused about how to use this 'Campaigns Wikia' site, so I am not sure that I did what you actually suggested. In the interest of improving the effectiveness of my site, I would appreciate it very much if you would clarify what you meant when you said that I was obviously 'biased' in some areas of the site. I readily admit to being conservative/libertarian in my general outlook, but I consider the issue of Congressional Term liits to be absolutely non-partisan and of extreme importance to all Americans of every stripe. I am trying to appeal to all voters across the spectrum.
